Okay, I guess it would be safe to say that I am a shy person, kinda... I love to talk to people and meet new people. However, when a guy approaches me or seems interested I freeze up. I just don't know what to do. As long as the guy just wants to be my friend then I'm okay, but anything more and I don't know what to do, I get really nervous. I guess the idea of someone liking me just weirds me out. Really thought that I would grow out of this! I dunno, any comments/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I consider myself to be a shy person too. You shouldn't be nervous if a guy likes you. Guys are just people. Some are actually probably more scared than you are when they approach you. Treat them like you would everyone else, get to know them and be their friends. As the friendship progresses then you can see what will happen after.Try to show more confidence in yourself. Once you have confidence you'll be good to go.

You don't say hold old you are, but presuming you are pretty young, I would not worry about "freezing up" in such situations, rather, find a subject of conversation (sports, his car, a class you enjoy, music, whatever) and feel your way from there. If this seems too much trouble? I would say you're merely not ready for any type of male/female relationship.

Believe me, when you're attracted to someone - you'll know it and won't have such a tough time, you will, automatically figure it out! Let time takes its course and don't force this issue within yourself.
