Hi There

Here are some ideas to heal the issue.

Causes
Worm infection can occur as a result of digestive enzyme deficiencies, nutrient deficiencies, poor hygiene, improper elimination of human waste, walking barefoot on contaminated soil, and eating improperly cooked meat.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Natural Cures

Aromatherapy: Useful essential oils include bergamot, chamomile, camphor, lavender, Melissa, peppermint, tea tree, and thyme.

Diet: Avoid all processed and refined foods, sugars, soda, alcohol, unhealthy fats, and milk and dairy products. Avoid meats and fish unless you can be sure they are not contaminated.

Daily Protocol: Throughout the day, chew small amounts of a mixture of pumpkinseeds, papaya seeds, papaya pulp, and unsweetened organic yogurt. Also drink filtered water with two garlic capsules.

Before each meal, add pepsin and glycerine to hot water and drink immediately. Upon arising and at bedtime, swallow one clove of peeled garlic followed by a glass of hot tea with lemon.

Fasting: Tapeworms can be dealt with by fasting on raw pineapple for three days (the bromelain in pineapple kills the tapeworms). Be sure to juice the pineapple armor as well as the fleshy fruit. Educate yourself on Cleansing and Detoxification to heal the issue with any worms. Especially colon cleansing.

Flower Essences: Rescue Remedy® for accompanying stress. Crab Apple and Olive for exhaustion.

Herbs: Make an infusion of fresh pumpkinseeds, one ounce of crushed seeds to a pint of boiling water. Drink a cup three times a day for six days a week for three weeks. Eat one ounce of pumpkinseeds a day as well. Peppermint, senna, and wormwood tea are also very helpful.

Nutritional Supplementation: Recommended nutrients include garlic capsules, vitamin A, beta carotene, vitamin C, zinc, acidophilus, and deglycerrhized licorice (two to three times daily on empty stomach). Aloe vera juice or gel can also be helpful.

Alternative Professional Care
If your symptoms persist despite the above measures, seek the help of a qualified health professional. The following professional care therapies have all been shown to be useful for treating worms: Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Detoxification Therapy, Magnetic Field Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Oxygen Therapy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Best of health to you

Don't know of any home remedies. Take him to a doctor. Your son will be given a pill (just one.)
In the future, take extra steps so your son does not get them again. Always have him wash his hands after playing in the dirt. If he's a thumb sucker, always have him wash his hands before he rests.

for diagnosis put a piece of tape over his butt hole before he goes to bed. in the morning check it for eggs and put it in a plastic baggie. take it to your doctor for confirmation. then your son will have to take some kind of antibiotic to get rid of the worms. no home remedies will be effective.

Just go to the doctor and he'll prescribe some medicine that does the trick quite nicely.
