Yup apparently some believe if a serial rapist and murderer who raped, tortured and killed dozens of women and children repented and accepted Jesus, he would get everlasting bliss in heaven and stand before the glory of God for all time.
If one of his victims didn't become Chrisitian before meeting a horrid death, they awaken to everlasing torment in hell. Even if they lived a good peaceful, law abiding life and harmed no one.
Go figure the justice of THAT one. I still can't.

Sure!
That's what the church is for. There are funded by drug lords, rapist, arsonist, murderer and prostitutes. After a hard days work of sinful endeavours, they can just stop by the church and tell the Jesus Man that they still believe in him so that Jesus will declare them sin free before they go home and have a peaceful sleep knowing that they are pure once again.

It is true that one can be forgiven for sin at anytime. But you must understand that it isn't that simple. The belief must be real and the person must honestly repent. Repent means to turn away from sin. It means to be genuinely contrite. God knows your heart. If you have sinned all your life and you now lay dying and try to hedge your bet, God would not accept that. If you have sinned and now lay dying, and realize how wasted your life is and are truly and deeply sorrowful, God will honor that. But if someone waits until the very end, they will have missed out on many blessings that God wanted to give them.

The bible is clear to those with understanding that both testaments teach that to live godly is life. Ezekiel 18:20-28 shows us this in the Old Testament that should the ungodly turn to God they shall live, and if the righteous forsake God they shall die.
Since Jesus came to fulfill the Old Testament, the same is true in the New Testament. If the ungodly accept Christ as savior they shall live, should the righteous forsake him they shall die. Hebrews 10:38. There is no once saved always saved.

Once a person has realized they have received mercy for their sins, they are happy that it is available to others. Yes, finding Jesus will wipe out all your sins.

everyone does, nobody is safe from sin.
If you hate someone, Jesus said, you have committed murder in the eyes of God.
If you look lustfully as a woman, Jesus said, you have committed adultery in the eyes of God.
If you tell a little white lie its a sin to God.
Its impossible for anyone to get through their teen years without sinning about a million times.
This is why Jesus died to pay your debt.

I think that if he or she regrets what they have done all his life and to stop doing those sins then yes. Not only in Christianity but also in Islam, if someone commits sins in their life but even though at the end of their lives the regret and ask for mercy or forgiveness to Allah than he or she will still be forgiven. Of course they will still have to pay in the afterlife but eventually they will go to heaven.
Hey thats my beliefs you may not agree

If you truly own up to the wrongful things you've done in your life, and learn from those awful mistakes, decide not to do it anymore, Jesus does and will forgive you. Everyone is responsible for what they do and don't do in life. You must have in your heart the desire to be good, to do good and to learn. Entrance into the "kingdom of heaven" is predicated on faith, but to progress in the "kingdom of heaven" is predicated on learning, and progressing into more and more self mastery by overcoming bad with good.

Of course not. If you commit violent crimes against people, murder people, finding jesus will not bring solace to those you hurt, and it will not bring the dead back to life.
You're better off by trying to be a good person from the get-go.
Edit: This is exactly the type of thinking that creates mass murderers. I find it very telling that people can actually find a fault with my argument.

Completely true, However if you wait until you figure your gonna die you could be like one of those poor souls on one of those planes that hit the buildings. You just never know and in those split seconds do you feel you can honestly muster up the right kind of Faith in Jesus that it takes to go to Heaven? I personally do not wish to take that chance. Praise JESUS !!!
