Well the obvious is hopefully, completion of high school by now, which is truly, an accomplishment in itself if you think about it. A base education is nothing to diss, rather, it is a stepping stone to one's future. Let's see, do you drive? Having a driver's license is always paramount to having a more well rounded life in that you are able to access areas by your own schedule. These two things aside...
I would say if you're a decent human being who is trustworthy, dependable and responsible, with empaty and compassion for those less fortunate than yourself, then truly - this is what matters at age 18, for the rest of your life is AHEAD of you - and YOU will now be in charge of directorship of it and what YOU want out of life.
A tad bit too philosophical for you? Perhaps...but turning 18 isn't about doing anything in particular, except to be able to look ahead and contemplate your choices ahead and be the best person you can be.

there's a lot of things...you can do before you turn 18, make sure that you graduate from high school N u know what to do after that (like do you want to go to college), but the biggest turn is when you turn 21...that's when it all hits you, what are you gonna do w/your life? what are you gonna do w/your future?
