What are some examples of experience one might have with schizophrenia?

I already know the symptoms. I'm just curious as to some actual experiences some people might have had.

Like you are standing in a room with your family and all of a sudden you see strangers around you, you dont recognize anybody and when they talk to you, all you can hear is a loud BUZZZ. So you fall on the floor covering your ears and imploring them to stop talking because it makes you crazy and it hurts.
Is this experience good enough for you?

I am a schizophrenia paranoia patient; I want to know why do you want to know as you say you know what the symptoms are? Is it to help you understand the disease and help those afflicted or is just morbid curiosity so you have something unusual to talk about with you friends, like a good movie? My mother has schizophrenia and one time when she was having delusional thoughts she thought that people were breaking in on her and placing drugs (oatmeal cakes) in her house. She actually thought the oatmeal cakes was weed !!! lol Im laughing with her not at her.
