Everyone is always saying they will never understand the opposite sex. I figure if we share what we have learned it will greater help.
1) I've learned that you can't expect men to remember every little detail. Don't ask them do you remember the date it was that we had our first kiss. Just accept the fact that it may not remember the date and time it happened but it still is something special to them.
2) Also when you are in bed in that sexy lace number men aren't truly focused on what you are saying if it isn't bedroom talk. They are just thinking to themselves wow she looks smoking hot in that. I mean would you rather they think you look sexy or care what you are saying at a time like that?

I've learned men are not women with penises and to stop treating them that way. They are different in the way they behave, feel, think, and react.

I hope I've learned more than one thing...
1. Men are individuals so don't treat them all the same
2. Many men don't get hints or subtlety well, so just say what's on your mind to them
3. Communicate, don't expect him to read your mind
4. Understand men are not wired the same as women and so they typically don't think the same way or react to the same situation in the same way (that doesn't make them right or wrong)
5. Most men won't understand why a lot of women have many pairs of shoes, and many women won't understand why a lot of men are so into sports
The list could go on....we're different, but made to complement one another...we all need to spend more time trying to see things from the other person's point of view instead of getting angry at them for not seeing it from ours.

I fully agree with you 100%. I have learned also about the oppsite sex is, women expect more than a man can give. Women are very detailed orented, and while they are in that sexy lace number, and the man is thinking WOW, how hot she is, the talk that the women are doing is about everything except the time like that.

Published "studies" only show what the researchers want them to. As to your points... 1) a woman who has had an orgasm will leave you if you give her reason to (such as cheating on her). She can always find orgasms elsewhere. 2) If men face reality so damn well, why do they need to drink so much? I'm a man and, frankly, I'm embarrassed to be of the same gender as you. You're the type that gives the rest of us a bad rap.

you done a good job with this question...and you got a lot of good answers....and a lot of them are right ones too...cause i know most guys will be thinking sex 24/7 so that's why its hard to remember those little details...or will get to the store and see some sexy woman in there and forget the milk..lol....or buy milk when it ain't on the list...I'm so glad women are starting to understand a little more about us. we will try and work on the same...everyone have a good day

I learned that they are actually a lot more conservative than how they act when they want you to make out with them! that is... they are conservative conserning the girl, when conserning themselves they are very liberal. a girl better not be very trusting or take at face value everything they say, because even in the best of cases, you maybe have to face some unpleasant surprises.
it's not that they are actually liars -- it's that they don't tell the whole truth; you are on 'a need to know basis'.

Men want a partner & friend in their relationship. they also want their man time with their buddies. they like being told that they are handsome, sexy, hot, that they have a nice tuss. Some men like it when a woman is the advancer in the bedroom.

I've found that they don't care about the little things. That's why they don't remember things, they just don't put that much importance on them. That's why marriage isn't important to most of them!! Oh..., and their messy too !!
