Since God created Eve by using Adam's rib, Eve was a clone of Adam, meaning she shared the same DNA. This makes them twins - brother and sister.
Was this part of the original sin?

The story of Adam and Eve, which evolved out of earlier Babylonian, Assyrian, and Canaanite mythology, is an allegory about why the word is the way it is: why it isn't heavenly, why it is the realm of duality (pleasure and pain, gain and loss, life and death). In the mythology, of course, are couched ideas about the hierarchal relationship between men and women and why. The mythology enforces the fact that women in the early Hebrew culture were secondary to men and were made "for" men and that the problems in the world are the fault of women. The serpent appears as the villain but this is a twist on what serpents often symbolized in ancient esoteric spirituality--wisdom. Here the wisdom is the loss of innocence. Some interpreters of the myth have suggested phallic overtones and that the "sin" (eating the apple) was sexual intercourse and its repercussions (pregnancy, family life, and the struggle for survival). In all, it is, in part, about the consequences of the loss of innocence.

I don't think the authors of the myth were thinking about the incest angle.

The idea of original sin comes from early ideas of right and wrong. Some religions claim that, as "all have sinned" and that sexual intercourse in and of itself is a sin then everyone is born a sinner.

The Bible was put together at the council of Nicea in the 6th century. It came from various scriptures chosen as church dogma to reflect the ideals of the day. Since celibacy was considered ideal and sex was very much frowned upon, "original sin" was included .

I do not believe that any baby can be responsible for the sins of its parents. Original is an old idea and has no relevance today.

The idea came not from any God but from men who wanted to control society.

No, the original sin had nothing to do with incest, and that doesn't make them twins. The orginal Sin was being deceived by the serpant to eat of the fruit from tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Until then they didn't know anything about wrong and right. They were completely innocent, but once they learned right from wrong their innocence was gone.
