I only have a small 15 inch normal tv in my bedroom,should i get a PS3 or is it not worth it.
ps: I might get a better tv in the next year if i can afford it.

To be completely honest with you, I would say no. With the few quality games out on the PS3 you can't rely on the game play aspect to outweigh the visual graphics and the extras that come with the PS3 that you wouldn't be able to take advantage of. Honestly, without something at least 19" or bigger I wouldn't really reccomend any of the new consoles. I would get a bigger HDTV or monitor first and then think about a game console.

As long as you will be able to hook your Ps3 to the internet, I would say go for it. Shiny, high-def graphics are awesome, but that is not the only thing the PS3 has to offer.
Through the online playstation store I have downloaded 11 game demos (so I don't have to rent them!), fifteen movie trailers, and updates for the games Resistance fall of Man, and Motorstorm.
I do own a large High Def LCD tv, but I actually played the Ps3 on my regular def tv for two weeks in my bedroom before finally hooking it to the HDTV in the living room.
With all the great games coming out this winter for PS3, no matter what your tv is like you will not regret your purchase.

Okay I see that you are getting all kinds of mixed reviews and I decided to write and to let you know that I had the same issue before I decided to buy my ps3. I just got Heavenly Sword and just so you know, yes HD makes it that much better but I have a regular tv and if I had the choice to return it I would not. The graphics are still incredible and the sixaxis for heavenly sword couldnt be any better. Ps3 in my opinion is going to just get better over time. Seeing that there arent many games out there for the ps3 yet, you will not be dissapointed. My opinion its worth getting over any other console.

Yeh 4 sure, normal TV's can't sure how immense the graphics are and thats the same for other HD ready consoles.. You'll need to buy a HDMI cable lead if you wanna use the HD option and make sure yer flat screen TV is HD ready.. Hope that helps.

Yes. I've been playing on a 15" myself for years. HD is overrated. You will still get very good graphics from your console.
