When a guy says he gets horny/turned on/etc when he looks at a picture of you.

And keeps telling you you're sexy and wants to do "stuff" with you.

Is that considered cyber harassment?

Someone expressing that they get turned on by looking at you, that's kind of icky, but it's not exactly harassment, neither is telling you that you're sexy. That may just be the best way he has of telling you that he's physically attracted to you, crude as it may be.

However, saying that he wants to do "stuff" with you...that's overstepping the mark, because that's not just a compliment, that's expressing his desire to act on those feelings, which is more sinister. I'd consider that harassment.

But at the end of the day, in the great electronic ether known as the internet, it's pretty easy to shut out someone you don't like.

1. You can call the police if you think its that serious 2. You can delete that account and make a new one 3. You can delete every message you get from him without righting back. You dont even have to read them.

Yes...and yes. I would say that you have provided the definition for sexual harassment in its most ideal (so to speak) form.

Of course not. You choose to accept his messages and/or emails.
If you don't like the content, block him.

Harassment is defined as UNWANTED behavior.

As long as you keep talking to him, you're a willing participant.
Take responsibility for YOUR actions, first.
He just doing what HE likes. Nothing wrong with that.

If YOU don't like it...
END THE CONVERSATION and BLOCK HIM.

.simple.

Huh? It is harassment only because you allow it. Haven't you heard of block/delete??

YOU put the pic in there, your CHOICE.

What is the matter with you???

Why not plaster it on telephone poles as well? Not any different, and, amazingly, by some 'chance' these creeps can respond!

Not harassment, YOUR STUPIDITY.
