Send them back to Europe.

They've been here illegally since 1492.

If they are here illegally then send them back home cut and dried. Now how do you solve the problem. 1st you need to protect the boarders more. We only have 2 but they are quite long. Hire more agents to patrol them. Improve the technology to stop illegal crossings, and finish the fence/wall that was started but never finished. I have nothing against immigrants coming to our country, but they must do it legally or the right way by our laws. The Anchor baby law is in dire need of a change. Also laws dealing with employers who hire illegal immigrants need to be stiffened and enforced. I can understand an employer making a mistake and hiring 1 illegal, but not 5, 10, or more. Repeat offenders should face prison sentences. repeat illegal immigrants should also face jail sentences here before being returned to there country of origin. Of course all cases due have the right to be judged on their own merit this is just generalization.

There really isn't one option for the best solution.

Things that will help:
1. Citizenship tests on all people arrested. Those illegal or legal non-us citzen reported to USCIS
2. Guaranteed deportation of arrested illegals.
3. STEEP fines for EACH illegal immigrant employed by an organization. Steep enough to almost bankrupt companies choosing to hire illegals.
4. Changing ANCHOR baby law. Something along the lines of illegal + child <> citizen

However, even if all these were enacted, the #1 option for it would be to ENFORCE THE CURRENT LAWS.

Put everyone and anyone who hires an illegal immigrant in jail.
The illegals would simply go home if they couldn't work here. Maybe they would even force the corrupt Mexican government to do something about the poverty down there.
But that won't happen. The globalist own us. Everything is going according to their plan.
Open borders and 12,000,000 foreigners allowed to enter our country during a time of war? Open borders while the government tells us that the world is so dangerous that we have to sacrifice our Constitutional protections?
When are people going to wake up and smell what Bush and the globalist have been cooking?

We should set up companies (Private or public) that are paid by the American people to go after all illegals and send them back. I would be willing to take a few dollars out of my pay check to pay for this..Don't get me wrong i don't mind immigrants coming over as long as they go about it the legal way. It's America and we all should have shot at a good life.

Make it impossible for them to find word, housing, etc.

1. Prosecute, heavily fine and imprison those who employ and aid illegal aliens.
2. Stop banks from allowing illegals to have credit and mortgages without social security numbers. http://www.snopes.com/politics/immigration/bankofamerica.asp
3. Insist that ALL companies and businesses and apartments use the new pilot program introduced by Homeland Security that enables an employer to immediately know if a social security number, birthdate and name match up.
4. Allow local police to enforce federal laws regarding immigration.
5. Permit hospitals to refuse non-emergency service at the emergency room.
6. Disallow free public education for those who do not have social security numbers that match.
7. Start rounding up those at illegal rallies...especially the ones wearing masks.

Those are just a few ideas off the top of my head. The point is make life extremely unpleasant and unfriendly for illegals. If we stop pandering to them, they will stop coming here and will start going home.

We are going to have to agree to isolate more as a nation. That may mean costs go up.. but quality of life will also increase. Less crime, gangs, etc.

We close the borders TIGHT. Military guarding the border with weapons ready to use. We then slowly begin deporting. When an illegal is arrested.. he is deported. We don't need to kick down doors. As the jobs dry up due to checking of status at places of employment, they will self deport.

It is said, "We can't deport them all!" Well, my answer to that is you deport them the way a chicken eats a whole pile of corn. ONE AT A TIME.... we have many years to get it done.

We also repeal the fourteenth amendment and stop all anchor babies immediately.

Deport them....patty wagons, buses, military vehicles. whatever it takes! .... Cops should be scoping out construction places, parking lots in the morning.... ALL these illegal prisoners should be deportedl... let Mexico deal with it's OWN criminals WE shouldn't have to! Legal immigrants should start carrying around their legal documentation so that they aren't deported. Sooo many things could easily be done.....and then dig a moat around the border and put alligators all around.

Muahahaha kill em all let God sort em out lol jk. A good solution would be to boot them out as soon as they're discovered. Let their country deal with them. Immigrants should also come to the US and learn ENGLISH. I'm sick of seeing spanish everywhere. It's not THEIR country, if they wanna speak spanish, they should do it in a spanish country. Our tax money goes to translators every time an IE gets in trouble

Kicking them all back over the border where they belong. If they want to live here then they have to go through the legal way to become a citizen. We also need a decent border control. It's appauling how bad our security is.

Have them turn themselves in and inform who their employers were. Give them the option of deportation, or working for citizenship opportunities. For example, make them do volunteer work for the government for 2 years. Have them build the fence, etc. Subsidize the cost of doing this by fining the employers.

Just an initial thought.
