The best answer is Humidity as this is a consequence of factors that govern the climate. The other three are elements that have a direct effect on climate, humidity also has an effect but it's more of an indirect one.

Humidity is the answer. Humidity is the result of climate control factors like geographic location, height above sea level and the ocean currents.

I believe humidity is not a climate control, but rather a condition caused by atmospheric conditions and weather patterns. Humidity does not control the climate other than making it very uncomfortable.
