Well, I have a cabinet chock full of herbal ingredients.

Then again, when my husband gets a bad cold, he never complains about my "potions"... lol- sometimes alternative medicine is better than a prescription...

And these ingredients aren't so strange. I'll bet you had a grandmother that utilized some of the same techniques as Witches do. It's all in tradition.... after all, we all can trace our roots back to Paganism...

It's not like in Charmed where they made potions from fairy wings and ogre eyes. The ingredients that you might use are the ingredients you use in cooking...sage, bay leaves, rosemary, etc. But the potions are mainly used for healing.

Don't know about others but I use energy, not potions. I do use herbs however to help heal ills physiologically.

..... no. Movies are movies. They're only entertainment. But you already knew that didn't you?

I don't make potions, but most Wiccan potions (if they make them) consist of things like herbs and minerals (like salt).

As an ex-Wiccan, and common sense tells you that any movie, based on reality or not is always sensationalized so that it will sell. Depending on the movie depends on the rate of actual portrayal you'll find. Personally I haven't seen any absolutely accurate yet.
