I have a pretty similar problem in that fasting makes me sick. I had 3 strokes 3 years ago due to a heart defect and I was paralyzed as a result. Even though I was told I would never walk again, I can walk through a lot of hard work I did. Anyway, as an effect of the strokes, my brain *needs* food. I've tried fasting the past few years and the same thing happens every time, I feel like throwing up (like you do), my head hurts, I get *extremely* dizzy, and I eventually faint. I've seen a few doctors about this and they all agreed I absolutely can *not* fast during Ramadan. I've talked to every Muslim I know about it and they all told me it was for the best and that I'm not expected to fast if it puts my health at risk.
My advice to you would be to see a doctor and explain the situation. The doctor is probably going to tell you not to fast. It sounds extremely unhealthy for you.
In the case where you can't fast because of a health condition that won't change, Allah asks us to donate a day's meals, or the cost of a day's meals, to charity to make up for it. Since you're a minor and not responsible for paying for your own meals, I don't think you have to worry about anything other than your health. I'm 30, so I have to donate money equivalent to a day's meals to a charity that feeds people everyday.
Please see a doctor and *please* take care of yourself! Allah wants us to be healthy, not suffering!

I don't know what muslim leaders recommend, but if its OK with the rules being relaxed slightly you could give yourself a midday milky drink. I've fasted a bit at times, but allowed myself coffee, which was really rough on my empty stomach. But a soothing drink was a good idea.
Some biblical fasts were not all-or-nothing affairs, but actually just cut out things such as meat.
Make sure you eat well at the end of the day, and give your stomach time for the food to digest before going to bed.

Ramadan Mubarak.
You probably need to see a doctor and resume fasting if the doctor clears you. That's a lot of weight to lose in one day. Be well.

You are exempt from fasting if you are sick. But it is said that you make it up when you can. The link below discusses this in more detail. The sickness issue is discussed #4. Feel better. :-)

This sounds more like a medical issue rather than your diligence in fasting, which may contribute to whatever ails you. See a doc and be well!

I don't think you should fast if it makes you ill. There's an exception for health problems.
