I'm in Puerto Rico, therefor I had a very tropical and exotic lunch . . . it's called Mofongo relleno de camarones al moho, which is mashed plantains with garlic, butter and bacon bits filled with jumbo shrimps in some kind of tomato sauce. It was great!!!

haven't actually had that yet. But I Had eggs and pancakes for breakfast, the most important meal of the day so everyone says and my boyfriend and I made it together. Cute right.
