i think prob ur sitting position lasted for over an hr. then that may cause numbness.erm if ur right leg is numb, raise ur left hand a few times..and vice versa.. soon ur leg will nt be numb anymore.

A trapped or damaged nerve, see a doctor straight away if you have had the symptoms for a week or longer as you may need treatment. If left untreated it may get worse and in extreme cases become permanent damage, so get it checked out.

Poor circulation. try a mild hot rub to help the legs circulate or an old treatment is garlic (blood thinner)
