the medical withdrawals, probably wouldn't 'kill' him,..but it would really affect his mental state, and he could go off the deep end, become phsycotic, and hurt himself or someone else...if you or someone you know, is thinking of doing this, do NOT attempt this, without a doctors supervision...not worth it

Depends on the medication. One med, Clozaril, can harm you if you stop it without weaning off, because it can have an adverse affect on the white cell count.
But no, actual withdrawal from antipsychotics will not kill him, it'll just be uncomfortable.
But, like the others said, unmedicated schizophrenia places him at a higher risk of suicide, and even more likely, victimization by others. It's been shown that the mentally ill are much more likely to be the victim of a crime than the perpetrator.

Some medications when abruptly withdrawn can cause seizures and convulsions. These are life-threatening conditions. Be careful for yourself or warn the person you are referring to.

Not as such - uncontrolled schizophrenia is not lethal. However, it will likely increase the probability of suicide.
