On the following Sunday, the preacher rose to begin and said, ''Now, then, all of you who have done as I requested and read the seventeenth chapter of Mark, please raise your hands.''
Nearly every hand in the congregation went up.
Then said the preacher, ''You are the people I want to talk to. There is no seventeenth chapter of Mark.''

Lol good one Dagger, I could see this happening at my church. And him pointing right at the me. Once my priest was talking about the bunny's in the garden that missed a few weeks of church and he turned to me and said "isn't that right Dee" I was so embarrassed

The same priest once said "come tomorrow for a special prayer for rains. We had no rains for a long time and come with total faith " .
The next day many attended the church to pray for rains.
"What happened to your faith " asked the priest. "None of you came with an umbrella"
