Well, before school it's tough to get a breakfast sometimes, but I just take a granola bar or a Pop Tart to eat on the bus. Fuit or vegetables are really what you need. An apple is the best choice, it actually provides more energy than a cup of coffee because it takes a while tro digest and take in the minerals and vitamins.

I eat breakfast every single day. A glass of milk and some cereal, a toasted bread with some low-fat cheese, a glass of juice and two egg whites, a yogurt and a fruit. Don't skip breakfast. It gets your metabolism running and keeps you from eating rubbish when you will feel really hungry after a couple of hours!

If I eat breakfast, I am usually hungry all day long so I try not to. If anything, I have some grapes or a small bowl of frosted mini wheats. WW
