The Japanese diet dures just for a week. It`s very tough, you really starve... but it says you lose some weight and you do not get them back for 7 years... you can eat anything you like and eat alot ! Well, I went on this diet 10 years ago, and it really worked, for 7 years I stayed in the same weight and ate whatever I wanted without any guilty. However, I went on it again some months ago but this time it did not work... :( I don´t know if it is because of my age, now I am 33 and that time it works, but I was 23. So I stayed thin for 7 years, when I turned 30 I got weight again.... well, if somebody knows something about this diet and desires to share your experience I would be very pleaseant !
Thanks!

I don't know what kind of diet you did. But Japanese foods or diet doesn't have such a magical effect. Metabolism is a problem for Japanese people, especially for those middle-aged men who eat and drink too much. Traditional Japanese foods (tofu, soy beans, fish, vegetable etc) will help you, though. It is said that you should eat Japanese foods more if you want/need to avoid metabolism in Japan.

From what I've just read after doing a search, it seems as though the Japanese diet is just very heavy on fruits, veggies, soy, rice (it did not specify white or brown, but brown is healthier, while white is basically over processed and lacking nutrients) and fish in smaller portions. I live on all of that, except for fish and I maintain a good, healthy weight. I avoid junk food and overly processed food that is devoid of nutrients. Sure, I allow myself treats, but only on occasion and in moderation. However, it is not a "diet" for me, but my lifestyle.

There a lot of way to remove your unwanted fat. Why focus with one way only to diet? Why not you give yourself more option to choose before you decide which diet plan suit you the most. But the most important is diet with exercise. I have posted one article at http://sexy4u2c.blogspot.com you may visit there to read full article. Hope it will help u a little.
