She is five years old. The medicines are paracetamol, carbocisteine and cefalexin. Her temperature has been fluctuating between 37 and 38.5 degrees C for 3 days now.

if she vomited 5 minutes after taking the medicince, i would say no, do not give her anymore. consult your family doctor/physician.

You can give them all, They were probably not absorbed. Taking twice the normal dose of all these is not harmful, just watch the para levels, 250 four times a day is fine.

Liquids absorb faster than pills in this case. The only really important one is the cefalexin, you want to never skip this one........

Usually if it is like tylenol or motrin and my daughter throws it up within a few minutes, I give her like half of the dose. But I honestly don't know what those medicines are, maybe you should call your doctor.

I would wait 4 hours before giving them to her again. She may have thrown them up, but you can give her a regular dose of tylenol for the fever in the meantime (which is paracetamol anyway). Hard to OD on that.

Someone who is vomiting should not be given anything per mouth, except maybe a little flat ginger ale at room temp.To do so could stimulate the gag reflex further. Call her physician to see if she could get these meds per rectum. Hope she feels better soon.....

You shouldnt. Most medicine will warn you against giving more dosage if a harmfull symtom is found. You should go and bring her to a hospital

no- you should take her to the doctor- see what's wrong with her- i think you might need to make an appiontment as soon as possible
