My son wants to be Tyrone (from the Backyardigans). I just went on-line and bought his costume and started thinking, "I wonder what is going to be popular this year".
What is your child (or children) going to dress up as?

My little Jack fell in love with the Transformer costume this year! So, we gulped and ordered the 49.99 dollar costume online....but, our son usually wears his costumes all year after Halloween for dress-up around the house. He still wears his Spiderman and Buzz costumes when he's in the mood for dressing up! They may fit REALLY snug because he has grown like a weed, but he enjoys it!
Good question!

My 2 month old: Piglett
My 1 1/2 year old: Winnie The Pooh
My soon-to-be-MIL made their costumes and they are so cute! We're going to pass out candy with their playgroup and the costumes are:
2 Faries-9 weeks + 2
1 Dorah the Explorer-1 1/2
2 Disney Princesses (Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella)-14 weeks +2
1 Pumpkin-3 months
1 Ice Cream cone-4 months
And me and the other moms are going to be "Super Moms" We're just going to wear a fancy dress and sew SM on it and a cape that has SM on it.
Happy Halloween!

My daughter (who is not even here yet! Due on Thursday....!!) will be a frog. I got the costume as a gift at my shower and it's so cute! I cant imagine that any costume will actually fit her at onlly 5 or 6 weeks old, but itll be fun none the less!

My kids are going to be pirates. My little girl is 6 and my son will be about 2-3 weeks old, and I found the cutest pirate costumes online for both of them. I thought it would be fun if they had semi-matching costumes. I can't wait! Halloween has become one of my favorite holidays since having kids!

We are having a ghost-themed party and mom will be a ghost (billowy fabric hides pregnant tummy lol) and step-dad we don't know yet. I love doing themes for my family. Last year we were the TEEN TITANS..i was Raven, one boy Robin, and the other boy was Beast Boy, and step-dad was Cyborg.
Maybe, you could be the rest of the backyardigans as well? I bet it would be very cute!

I haven't really thought of it yet. Wow, Halloween is almost here. My daughter was a pumpkin last year. She does like to act like a ghost with a blanket over her head, so maybe I will make her a ghost costume. :-)

I was showing my son pictures of costumes in a magazine I had (he's 2) and he picked the cow and kept mooing, so he will be a cow this year!
