Eat sensibly but make sure you get a good (nutricious) calorie count in everything.

Watch out for the time to stop. Just as your body has adjusted to your eating now it can get used to high calories and you may find yourself overweight!

eat right before you go to sleep. make sure you eat and sleep cause if you stay up you will just burn it back off. good luck
