a being that hides in the shadows and attacks you when you least expect it
it grabs you in its cold, vice-like grip and drains the life from you
it forces you to do things you would normally never even consider
it makes you its slave, catering to its evey need
then when it leaves, you are nothing but a shell of your former self, and you feel despair unlike anything felt before

Love for me is what I feel when my husband puts his arms around me; when my dogs come and lie next to me; when the warmth of my family is all around me.

Love is knowing that you are loved by those you love.

Love is peace.
