I use with each exercise technique,( Im not lookin for pills I can take without workin out ).I want a good work out that is for guys or used in the army, or in the marines, or for body builders or tae kwon do what ever come one give me a good answer and Ill hook up points to the best im no P***Y ok so hit me with your hardedest work out Im not skared ........

The best way is to go to a gym and talk to a trainer. He will give you the tips on what the best exercises and diet is most effective to give you the expected results. And having a trainer push you to your limits will definitely make the job get done quicker and more effectively.

your going to get huge like one of those women bodybuilders if you do a guys workout. Id recommend sticking to aerobics and light weight training, you dont want to look like a man, thats not sexy
