For a start out of Coldness come heat, out of evil comes Good, and you could say out of pain comes pleasure. If there were not opposite we wouldn't better appreciate or even know the better. There is more pleasure than pain for most. If we have pain God will direct us if we truly follow him, and I think God expects some people to step up and help out others in need. One thing you must learn to do is not believe everything you hear, a lot of what you have heard may or may not be true. There is much deception in this world and it is ran by satan. Learn from your experiences from what YOU know to be true and grow from it. The only problem we run accross today is everyone is run off of greed. The US only helps other countries if they can get some gain from it. Sure they try sending a little money to africa, but that makes africa rely on us and stay slaves, instead why dont they send the military to darfur and help them set up new govt. and teach them how to grow crops, because the govt would not gain anything from that. But in Iraq we make sure the oil continues. A lot of people live in a squalor because they are surrounded by this world which God says not to follow, just follow him and immulate Christ. If you are afraid babies go to hell, dont be, one must read the entire bible and see what it preaches, its really hard to know who has added what words to the bible. God sent adam and eve back to the dust(not to hell), do you really think he would send all of the children of the originators of sin to hell, I think not. Sheoul is mentioned in the OLD Test.. which means grave. All the sudden in the new testament you get people talking about hell. You must determine what is symbolic and what is not. Hope this helps. God loves you.

Our dear departed Fallwell would say that God was punishing those who were in the Holocaust or are suffering Darfur. I say that it's because people are in charge. If there were a God, would he really allow his devoted children to suffer their entire lives just to receive some ultimate reward in the end? I don't want a God like that. I would rather live my life trying to improve it by being a good person and make a difference by trying to change it.

Ha Ha! You misspelled rudimentary!

These are the basic questions on your journey toward peace. The answers become obvious as you become more accustomed to the true workings of God.

Trust me on this one...God is not a time machine that can undo an accident or reverse the course of a disease.

God is a flashlight for when things get dark inside you.

Well you see, God is not a magical man in the sky. There is nowhere where God is not. You are a part of God. God does not judge - that's the biggest blasphemy in modern religon. God is totally neutral. Good and Bad, or Desirable and Undesirable are labels humans put on things. God does not do that.

Just think... if you created the human race would you want your creations to spend all day worshiping you or would you want them to enjoy themselves as best as they can?

Does this make you a better person from God?

Well there is natural cause and effect in this world. Struggling and suffering builds strength and character if one chooses to take that path and not wollow in their misfortune. Ever ask yourself why the poor living in squalor are still following and praising God? It is because they have what the bible promised, Peace and joy beyond undrstanding. They were poor and sick before but now they feel God's love and presence in their lives. They have hope for all that God has promised when they leave this place. They have learned that there is not one thing on this earth that compares to it and they are content. God never promised to change our circumstances, He only promised to be with us and help us through it.

I love my kids but as they get older they make their own choices which can affect their lives. God allows us that same ability to make choices, and people who do not follow God are not forced to. God never promises us freedom from tragedy or strife, He does promise us He will help us cope with problems in this world if we trust Him. That is how He shows His love. By the way, the Bible absolutely says nothing of the kind, in fact it discusses an age of accountability implying that if it's not reached then a pre mature death of an infant or child will mean they definitely go to heaven. Try reading the Bible before you attempt to use it as reference, it's not that your offending anyone, you just need more information and at some point have been mislead. Email me if you want to discuss it further, I'm open.

As a loving parent, I certainly don't think highly of god's efforts to be a loving parent. Not just the "evil" and pain in the world but the messages in the bible show double standards, mixed messages, and outright lies (what else do you call the creation story, the flood, or the exodus - all of which clearly didn't happen).

We live in a fallen world. Satan is the god of this world and that's why we see so much crime and hatred. It will always be this way and get continually worse until Christ's return.

God is aware that His children are suffering and wants us to pray for each other.

And yes, if babies die, they go to heaven. Only people who have reached the age of accountability are responsible for making the choice for Christ. Babies can't make that decision, so they belong to God.

God is not a policeman ,he's God . So when he puts a stop to all pain & suffering , he'll do it once & 4 all . But his time is not our time .

God IS Love itself and the things you speak of are the result of the human minds rejection of it's true nature. Man causes all these things and the mind blames God.
