They are playing!! This is normal, and actually a good sign - he likes her! Should the play get too rough, if they injure each other, then you have cause for concern and would need to intervene.
From what you describe, he is just young and playful!!

Are you sure they are fighting? It might just be rough housing. I had a four year old German Shepard and got a puppy, who like all puppies played with the older dog. One night the older dog growled, that was enough, the next time he growled and snapped, the third time he growled, snapped, then bite the smaller dog. It was well known who the leader of the pack was after that. No more fights. Dogs need to establish a "pecking order" and will do that on their own.

It is totally normal behavior for a young pup. When my dogs were younger they did that too. They are just trying to play. They don't see it as fighting. My dogs are still that way occasionally even at the ages of 9 and 11. The younger ones tries to get the older one to play.

YOU don't, I went thou the same thing last summer. When the older dog has enough she will put the puppy in its place. Puppy will act like it is being killed but unless the older IS a really men dog, let nature take its course! Ever watch animal planet and see a wolf pack? That is the way of the dog.

Its completely normal. Dogs love to play. Just be careful that things don't get too rough. But when they are older you'll see that play time in dog #2's early years will help it bond better with the older dog, and vice versa

At 3 months he is probably just playing, but when you have more than one dog in a home he will test her for the alpha male spot.

Yes it is perfectly normal behavior. Your girl will cut him a little slack for being a puppy but pretty soon she will teach him dog manners.. leave them alone and let them work things out. She'll know exactly what to do and when to do it.
Humans interveneing causes more problems then it solves. Dogs know how to "teach" puppies and how to make their pack order.

That's normal play behavior. Her "fightning back" is disciplining him for being rude and obnoxious - she's trying to teach him manners. I hope you are not punishing her for this.

My older girls do this to the young pups all the time, the pup sounds like it's being killed but there's never a mark on it.

It's normal and when she has had enough she will tell him off with a lot of noise that will look like an attack to you. Let it happen, don't interfere. She will establish the pack order and trust me she will tire of his antics soon. Be sure that when she does that you handle it right.

This is normal dog behavior. When she gets tired of it, she is letting him know.
