Hii there people, I have just bought the olay complete care everyday sunshine moisturiser which has a hint of tanner in it (the light sun-kissed glow one), I'm just wondering whats the best way of putting it on?? As knowing me i will put it on and will probably go patchy lol...I was thinking maybe to use a a piece of cotton wool and put a bit of the moisturiser on it and spread around the face or would you recommend doing it with your hands???...THANKS 4 ALL YOUR HELP

there is not enough tanner in those moisturizers to mess it up putting it on. i would just make sure you apply it evenly all over your face with your fingertips

The latest self-tanning lotions are so easy to use and pretty foolproof; in addition, this one is really a moisturiser that claims to give only a 'hint of a tan'. Don't worry about it, simply apply with your fingertips in the same way you would apply any moisturiser. If you're applying to the face, rather than the body, then dot it on first so that you're sure to have roughly the same amount in each area, then smooth over each area, taking care to go under the chin and down the neck. You should soon look as though you're glowing with good health! (Wash your hands as soon as you've finished using it).

I put mine on with my hands...but you have to wash your hands before you let it dry completely. I use it on my legs also and I've only had it get patchy when i was impatient and I didn't let it dry before I swicthed into pants.

Exfoliate your face first to get rid of any dry skin and to give you a smooth base, then i would apply with my hands but don't use too much

I agree with everyone and use your hands(make sure you wash them well when finished) Also exfoliate before you apply,this way any dry or flaky skin will be removed. good luck:)

use your hans just make sure you take time rubbing it in and it wont go patchy
