I have been download this torrent for 4 days and I do not know how to make this torrent faster?

It is that there is not enough seeds or is it that I have to open up a port.
If I open a port I am using Verizon and I do not know to do it without screwing something up

Torrents only download as fast as they are being shared. If a torrent is downloading slowly, it could be due to a combination of these factors:
Your internet connection is slow
Not enough people are seeding (sharing)
The seeders' internet connections have slow upload speeds
Just try to be patient. Let it download overnight, and maybe by the time you wake up it will be done.
Edit: Coop, though BitTorrent is legal in itself, the file you are downloading is copyrighted, and Flick is right in that it's illegal to discuss this here.
Flick, it should be 'fewer' seeders, not "less" seeders.

Torrents become slow if it has too less seeders. Next time start something with lot of seeders.
BTW, do not post such questions here. Its illeagal to download copyrighted material.
