My favorite is Fuji, however they don't have it there so which one of these are most closely related to Fuji? I want an apple thats solid and sweet at the same time. Thanks!

The Jonagold is probably closest to Fuji, or one of the Macintoshes.

Ask the people at the orchard, they should know..

(and maybe will let you taste samples...)

I would go with the Jonagold, I really like empires too.

I'd have to go with mcintosh or granny smith. Neither are the same as Gala, but at least a little closer (NOT mushy like the red/gold delicious are).

Try the Jonagold. They are tart/sweet and not at all mealy. I prefer them over just about everything for just eating.

Empires are amazing - they are like candy on a tree. Crisp and sweet.
