I think you're talking about melasma or "pregancy mask", a darkening of the facial skin that occurs in many women during pregancy due to hormones. This will eventually fade on its own, but try using an exfoliating scrub a couple of times a week or microdermabrasion. Don't worry, you're not the only one!

Cocoa butter smoothes the skin and gradually removes blemishes. It can take months. I would highly suggest a lightening agent with 1-2% hydroquinone as an ingredient. It really works. Rub it in and then put some more on top of the blemish and allow it to dry. Do this twice a day. You'll be great in a month.

Try using a primer like Smashbox or Mac ...primers are for that reason in the sense they even out skin complexion, fill in lines ...etc I just started using a MAC primer so I cant really say too much about it yet, but it has evened out the lines under my eyes a little but not fantastic. Try using a different foundation/concealer, what kind are you using, liquid? Powder foundation usually doesn't go on cakey or crease at your wrinkles and it should work really well with a primer underneath.

Do you mean a rash? Calamine would be for rashes not scars... If it's a rash try cortisone cream.

Try Mederma, I've heard it works.
Why on earth would you have scars on your cheeks from a pregnancy? That makes no sense.
And how could you have killed a child? Shame on you.
