DBT and IMR , What are these tests?

I got an answer, to do these tests before weening off effexor, what are they & why?

DBT is dialectical behavior therapy for those with borderline personality disorder and IMR is illness management recovery where they teach you about the nature of your illness and how to manage it.

DBT is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which is used to treat individuals with borderline personality disorder.

I am not sure what IMR is but speak to the person referring you to take these tests. They are the best ones to give you the answers you need.
