This is a SCAM. You haven't won any lottery. Check out the below link for confirmation of various scams including the famous Yahoo/MSN lottery scams and how to report them.

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

Yes its a scam. My friend actually got a check in the mail from a company like this. The bank actually cashed it and she spent some of the money. About 2 weeks later the bank called her up and told her the account wasnt real and she would have to pay everything back. Be careful.

All that is absolute crap to take ur money or use you illegally..

once my dad got one abt Cocoa factory in Ivory coast and once he got one from England Lottery Company..

the 2nd one had phone numbers (like yours) and all so we thought it was real..but then we found out that it was scam because at that same time (thank God) somebody was jailed for scamming people under the name England Lottery Company..

dont believe a word of it and delete the email...

It's a scam. If you respond they will send a follow up email asking for some kind of upfront fee to ship ur winnings to you. maybe they say they need money for upfront taxes to be paid or they need money for shipping.

Once money is received ur out and they may even contact u again saying it wasnt enough and they need more a mistake was made knowing that u are already emotionally and financially invested.

OK, all I can tell you is that the phone number given is a UK number. Ireland has a different country code. If Northern Ireland (which is part of the UK) was meant then they would spell out Northern Ireland.
Also, the number given is a mobile phone number: a legitimate company would provide a landline number.
