crying good for eyesight...?

it moists the eyes i guess...but over the years I notice that I go on the computer too much but my eyes are very good in sight. I cry alot. Does this have anything to do with my eyesight?

snuffy is right. no benefit.

if you cry ENOUGH you could actually CAUSE eyelid inflammation

No. Unless you have something in your eye to flush it out crying has ne benefit.
