Stupid not to ask.

Of course it is not arrogant to ask for evidence. It would be wonderful to find evidence but there is none.It cannot be scientifically proved therefore God does not exist to anyone demanding an answer.God is everything and everywhere and inside every person he ever created. You have to use unscientific reasoning to discover God.You have to get passed the first barrier which is a 100% belief that there is no God anywhere in the universe and has never existed. You have to allow for the possibility that there could be a chance of 1 in a billion billion that there might be a God after all . Surely a non believer should not find this too hard to agree with. But that is the only way to seek the truth.

I think that is a pretty personal choice.

On the one hand, I think it's stupid to not look for evidences, but at the same time, in Luke 11:29-30, those who seek signs are condemned.

I suspect that if a person is really struggling with their faith, having a hard time believing, asking for help to grow that faith isn't a bad thing at all. But if a person is looking for signs, like some circus side-show, that probably falls under arrogance.

Seeing that the only real (maybe) records of any God are in man-made books, it is only right to question a God. I should write a book now and hopefully 1000 years from now, someone will find it and start practicing every word in it. That's basically how I see the Bible. We will all find out when we are dead anyways, so you may as well have fun being here while you can and not worry about where you go when you leave.

God has never, nor has His Word ever stated that "blind faith" is required...however, He points us toward creation to reveal His vast, unfathomable power and to His existance. Still I believe that if you are a person who is struggling because of how screwed up we have made the world and our own reasoning...He is faithful and just to call out to you and help you in your unbelief. The problem doesn't ever arrive from His providing evidence...it stems from our resolve to see that evidence for what it is. Love in Christ, ~J~

The religious matters like existence of gods, incarnation of God, rebirth etc. should be discussed only among free thinkers and democratic minded liberal persons. Although it is not arrogant to ask for evidence of gods, it will be futile and stupid to do so in presence of orthodox, stubborn and fundamentalists.

What do you mean arrogant?
This is a free world, people can say or aske anything, whether its necessary or not, that a different matter.

I think you are atheist, right?
So..... why dont you stick with what you believe.
Be responsible with your decission, be contented.

Or are you in doubt that you may be wrong? We all make mistake aren't we ?

It's ridiculous to deny the evidence already out there. Truly man is without excuse "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made." - Romans 1:20.

It's a pointless argument as evidenced by the endless debate going on here. Better to just show how stupid their stories about god are and how their ideas about his nature are in conflict with each other. That leads to many laughs about their justification of these contradictions.
