Tools -> Options
Click the Mail Format tab, then click the Signatures button at the bottom.

The Create Signature dialog box opens. choose New, give it a name and then the Edit Signature Dialog opens.

Type what you want including using all fonts. You can also right click and choose Insert Image from the shortcut menu.

Click Finish or OK as many times as needed to exit.
