i want to study cooking and i want to find schools that are good and at the same time, cost-effective. please refer me to culinary schools in the manila and quezon city area in the philippines.

in katipunan... CCA... center for culinary arts.... cravings building.... the last i heard was... almost 200K per year....they have a website.. you might want to browse the net...i think they also have the scholarship program... basta check out their website...
