20. Study Acts 24:6-8. What would the Jew have done with Paul? What was the chief captain's name? What did the chief captain command?
21. Copy Romans 16:24 word for word from the NIV.
22. First Timothy 3:16 is perhaps the greatest verse in the New Testament concerning the deity of Christ. In this verse, who was manifested in the flesh?
23. In the second part of First Peter 4:14, how do [they] speak of Christ? And, what do we Christians do?
24. Who are the three Persons of the Trinity in First John 5:7?
25. Revelation 1:11 is another very important verse that proves the deity of Christ. In the first part of this verse Jesus said, "I am the A______________ and O___________, the _________ and the _______:"
Conclusion: Little space is provided for your answers, but it's much more than needed. If you followed the instructions above, you not only failed the test, you receive a big goose egg.
(Ed. These are all missing in the NIV.) So now what do you think of your "accurate, easy to understand, up to date Bible"?
If you would like to improve your score, and in fact score 100%, you can take this test using the Authorized (King James) Bible.

Excellent point made! My family uses either the KJV or the 1599 Geneva Bible.

I could go through your entire list, however that would humor you for the fact that you are attempting to point out those who don't know that the NIV combines some verses, or gives a slightly different translation than others. All of the requests you gave point to "missing" verses in the NIV translation. A few of the questions even try to trick those who may just try to answer the questions without the use of their Bible. I applaud you for your ingenuity, but please keep the questions to real issues, not an attempt to make others look foolish.

So we should reject 'known and proven' errors in older bibles and instead of adjusting our believe to agree with God's Word, we should continue to follow man's writtings.

Thank you for proving that the trinity has been added to scripture and taught in scripture.

The New Encyclopædia Britannica says: “Neither the word Trinity, nor the explicit doctrine as such, appears in the New Testament, nor did Jesus and his followers intend to contradict the Shema in the Old Testament: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord’ (Deut. 6:4). . . . The doctrine developed gradually over several centuries and through many controversies. . . . By the end of the 4th century . . . the doctrine of the Trinity took substantially the form it has maintained ever since.”—(1976), Micropædia, Vol. X, p. 126.

The New Catholic Encyclopedia states: “The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century. But it is precisely this formulation that has first claim to the title the Trinitarian dogma. Among the Apostolic Fathers, there had been nothing even remotely approaching such a mentality or perspective.”—(1967), Vol. XIV, p. 299.

In The Encyclopedia Americana we read: “Christianity derived from Judaism and Judaism was strictly Unitarian [believing that God is one person]. The road which led from Jerusalem to Nicea was scarcely a straight one. Fourth century Trinitarianism did not reflect accurately early Christian teaching regarding the nature of God; it was, on the contrary, a deviation from this teaching.”—(1956), Vol. XXVII, p. 294L.

(Romans 15:3-6) . . .” 4 For all the things that were written aforetime were written for our instruction, that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope. 5 Now may the God who supplies endurance and comfort grant YOU to have among yourselves the same mental attitude that Christ Jesus had, 6 that with one accord YOU may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Do you have the mind of Christ?
Do you glorify the God and Father of Christ?

Obviously, some biblical scholars think that these things were added by overzealous copiers in the middle ages and that the NIV is more accurate, in the sense of representing the original text, than the KJV. The fact that these things that they leave out add depth and meaning to the text seems not to matter to the "scholars".

Whats your point? Do you come here to prove something?
Here is a quiz for you. The original text was in Hebrew and Greek. How well do you understand that you have a translation? How do you KNOW your translation is more accurate? Has someone who understands Hebrew and Greek told you it is?
