hi Paul

first i want to say u are such a sweet guy .its had to find people like you.

But really tell ur friend that she should use bio-oil and coco-butter .those are the most common products that work for stretch marks. However she have to be very patient & use it everyday , 2 times a day & drink lots of water. water helps with everything.

I think she'll find that her skin may not have enough elasticity, if thats how you spell it. I have this, and it means that as I've gotten taller, I've gotten stretchmarks because my skin can't stretch as much as it should. However, as I've grown less and less recently, they've faded away.

If shes thinking of moving, then tell her ASAP that she should use Bio-Oil. You can get it in most good shops and chemists. If you use it regularly, it can fade scars, stretch marks etc, and makes them less noticeable.

If that doesn't work, she could always talk to the school and tell them why she is unhappy, and they may let her wear tracksuit pants instead of shorts.

Hope this helps!

P.S. Stretchmarks don't hurt, they happen very gradually, for whoever it was that asked - sorry, I can't remember your name! They tend to happen to women when they get pregnant, but some people get it as they grow up and change shape, because their skin doesn't have enough elasticity.

she can't do anything to get away from her stretchmarks, they do sell creams in the chemist to fade them but they will never totally dissapear,i think if you continue to show your support and tell her they don't bother you she will start to feel better about herself, the kids will soon find someone else to bug and forget this,so it won't go on forever, just be there for her and support her,i think she's lucky to have someone like you, best of luck.
