I live in victoria and have my VIC learners permit, we are going on holidays to QLD.. would i be able to drive?

check with QLD transport or the VIC equivalent(who gave your permit) but i think yes

i dont think so. In germany you need to be 18 to drive and since you are in their country you have to follow their laws. If you were to pass on to an american or british military camp then yes you would be allowed however you would need ID to get on so it is doubtful that you would even bother. Also it is only a learners permit and i think you need someone over 21 when driving with a learners permit at the best of times let alone in another country where the driving age is 18.

yes you can drive in qld i bet with the condition that a adhere yo the permit conditions as in your state which in most cases is same australia-wide such as having full lisence holder with you in the car when ever you drive.
and remember its for your own good and for the good of other road users.

yep you can drive just be careful at night there are too many truckies on the road
