Almost the same. Romaji is just the Japanese way of saying the Roman alphabet, so you pretty much have it right there.

A native Japanese writing your name in Romaji, without knowing they way you normally spell it, would probably follow Japanese rules for rendering sounds however. It might end up being written 'Tomu Sorowei' or Ton Sorowe', something like that. Looking at Ryota's response below, it also occurs that they may not write the 'w', using a 'u' instead- so- Tomu Sorouei'
