I love bacon and marmalade butties, so I'm going to try your bacon and banana toastie with a touch of marmalade added. I think that will top it.
Cheese and marmalade is good too. Not so cloying as cheese and jam.

sounds worth trying - so what do u do? just put bacon and bananas on bread and toast it or grill bacon and bananas first?
