I'm Muslim, and I can tell you that 99% of the time you will only hear Christians say Jesus and they will Rarely mention God... our God and Jesus' God. I've talked to alot of Christians who can't even draw the Distinction between Jesus and God, and they will say that Jesus is God. But of course We all Know that God is more powerful than any Human, and that is what Jesus was, a human being like us. Even in the Bible Jesus says ''I of My Own Can do Nothing''.

The truth is simple...Jesus is God. One verse in the Bible can tell you right here and now that Jesus is God...

John 6:46
Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.

Yet here is one more...

John 14:9
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?

If no man has seen the Father, except the Son...then who was that back in the Garden with Adam and Eve? Who was it that was wrestling with Jacob in the desert or visiting Abraham and Sarah, or with Shadrach, Meshach and Abindego in the furnace and also who was it that was with Moses on Mt. Sinai?

The truth is..the realization that Christians are supposed to come to through reading the Word of God is that Jesus is God. He's the Word. He was there in the beginning and He was God. All things were made through Him, by Him and for Him and only with Him do we live, move and have our being.
Our confession is and should be this...

Jesus (Ya'shua - Salvation) Christ (Messiah - the Anointed One) is God (Ya'hovah - I Am that I am).

"Jesus Christ is Lord"...while this is true...it is just not a strong enough to convey the divinity of Christ. He is God, the Son of the Living God and the Power of the Holy Spirit.

Love in Christ, ~J~

God is Jesus.Jesus is God .The Holy Spirit is God .God is the Holy Spirit,Jesus is the second person of the Blessed Trinity.Whether you pray to Jesus or God or The Holy Spirit does not matter. They are the same. God comes out of my mouth by instinct.

Jesus is God. He, the Father, and the Holy Spirit are equal, separate, and one in the same.
Pray to the Father in the name of the Son, Jesus. Jesus said "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 There is no one else to go through in order to communicate with God.

Usually one prays to The Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus is God's son. Both are equal to each other. God is the Father so God Comes out first when I am praying.

Jesus and God are the same thing. THough in mortal form he is the son of God. They are a trinity you see the Father (God) the son (God) and the holy spirit/ghost (God) Also i notice that people pray to God the father but invoke it in the name of Jesus Christ at the end.

God created everything, Jesus saved everyone. They are both the same "being." They are part of the holy trinity. The father (God), The son (Jesus), and the holy spirit (their power and knowledge). As a Catholic, we prey mainly to Jesus. Mainly because of tradition. God comes out of my mouth first, I don't know why. Hope this helps.

God and Jesus are one. The name given in the earth is Jesus. If we ask in the name of Jesus it will happen according to the will of God (Jesus)

You cannot separate you and your word. Word has come from your mouth.

Jesus Christ is the God's Word(Truth). The word become flesh to fulfill God's plan.

You can start praying like this. Heavenly father-praises-thanking- your request and asking these things in Jesus name. Amen.

Hi, Bana:

As you know, Jesus was God, but in what the Bible calls a tent (His human body), He suppressed His divine powers.

He did control the elements, heal the deaf, blind, and maimed. Stopped a funeral chain and raised the dead. But He said:

"I do nothing of myself, but it is the Father working in me."

You see, Jesus had to become a human and be tempted in all ways--to overcome like we do. And although He was fully God, and the angels and Father obeyed His will, He was our perfect example of how God can save fallen humans. And He was tempted in all ways as us--as weakened, puny, fallen creatures.

Yes, Jesus was what the Bible calls the "last Adam." Because Adam lost the right to rule this planet by transgressing, God Himself became a human, lived victoriously, and then died a substitutional death for you... for me... for everyone.

Yes, Jesus is the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world. And for skeptics, or those who need a little more faith in His sacrifice, God sealed a Bible code that again proves He is the Messiah. See http://abiblecode.tripod.com

Shalom, peace in Jesus the Messiah, Ben Yeshua
