Well you haven't said what your problem is.

Basically,

1.Try and answer every question clearly.
2. Be friendly, they have to like you.
3. Try and relate every answer you give to the job. Eg, Desribe your personality. I am outgoing and like to help people, which is why I am particular interested in a career in sales.
4. Don't be too pushy. Don't waste time saying, when can I start, give me the job.
5. Dress for success. Forget the black pants white shirt look. I always wear nice colours, that look professional. Stand out, be different.
6. Include interesting hobbies on your resume as conversation starters. "Oh I notice you enjoy nude spelunking, I hope you can join our companies nude spelunking society"
7. Relax, it will be easier to answer questions
8. Watch your body language. My boss told me today she wondered why I didn't look at her during the job interview. That is because I always look away while I am think carefully about my answers (which is also a way to spot liars...bad bad body language that comes from my very thoughtful nature)
9. Blowjobs. Give them to the interview panel and you are assured of a job...if you don't like suck, *** licking is another option.

good luck, don't give up, just keep getting better

Dress the part. Going for a plumbing or gardening interview you don't wear a suit. With an office or other white collar job you don't go in shorts or other casual attire.
Pump yourself up before going in for the interview. Go in with the attitude that you are the best person for the job. Not cocky, but just confidant. Look your interviewer in the eyes and don't be fidgeting around. Hope this helps

Dress appropriately, as in tuck in your shirt, comb your hair.
Do your homework about the company. Ask for the job description - the last thing you need is to be asked what the job entails and you say you don't know.
Once you get infront of the panel look them in the eyes, smile, at all times. Try and sound as enthusiastic as you possibly can get. Crack a joke if you have to that makes them think that you are a warm person.
This should have been the first and the last - pray, yes, pray to the Lord and ask that He (God) gives you the job. Otherwise, good luck and may the Lord bless you.
