Either it's how I sleep or how I sit at the computer but it's killing me!!!

It is probably from sleeping. I would spend a few extra dollars and get a really good pillow and replace it at least once a year, even though they say every 6 months(I think that was made up by the pillow companies...lol). When your neck is stiff, use heat to loosen it up a bit, but mostly you just have to wait it out. Motrin or Aleve might also help.
Then, make sure your computer is a better working space. The screen should be at eye-level and get a better chair. Stay away from the roll back specials at wal-mart, and invest in a good chair. If you spend that much time at your computer then make sure you are comfortable while you are doing it.
Good luck!!!

Hey, it could be both!

Get a countoured pillow so your neck stays in alignment while you sleep (and you'll generally sleep better).

And, see a chiropractor. A good one is worth their weight in gold! Neck and spine adjustments really help and makes you feel great all over.

Get full body, deep tissue massages. They are great for loosening up all the muscles and relieving tension in the back, neck, and shoulders. If you're sitting at a keyboard all day like many people, it's well worth the cost.

My mom is a surgeon and she or he cured humans from all style of matters however now not due to the fact a "Jesus" could not manage it.... Just due to the fact there may be no one that created or watches over us... If that could be the case, why could kids have melanoma that eats up their entire face.... My mom is a optimistic plastic health practitioner. She does not suppose in god, she has visible an excessive amount of in poor health crap.
