Help!!!!!!?

Ok so today I had this excruciating pain towards the left side of my upper ribs. It was sooo bad. I was crying and it hurt to breathe in and walk. It wasn't under the ribs and I'm pretty sure it was in the abdomen. It was also really bloated. I got my friend to touch it and she said it seemed swollen almost like there was a massive lump.
The pain has sort of gone now.
What do you think is happening to me??

pain this severe is your body's way of telling you that something is really wrong. You need to see your medical doctor immediately. Do not wait because this could be a serious problem.
