Hey, congrats on your recovery! We all feel like a blob of fat sometimes. As long as it is only sometimes and for a short period of time, it is normal.

First of all...congrats on your achievment! A lot of women never beat that disease and it ends up killing them so you should be very proud of yourself. As far as feeling like a blob of fat...ALL women feel that way sometimes. There are days of the month when women get bloated from menstruating, or even just have a day where nothing seems to fit right for no reason at all. It's totally normal to feel like this once in awhile, don't let it get you down. On days when I feel like this, I like to do something to pamper myself like get a manicure or go buy a new pair of shoes. Just remember all the people who love you just how you are and are so thankful to have you in their lives.

I have suffered from anorexia and bulimia in the past.... What helped me was to get on a exercise program... Not an excessive one, but one that will help you up muscle and strength. it will help you feel a lot better too.
You could still be suffering from body dysmorphic disorder, in which you feel fatter then you really are. It is very common in people with eating disorders, or who are on the road to recovery.

Keep it up, girl! Just remember your goal to get healthy every time you get down and keep on pushing through it! Props to you.
