Oh sure.
We love Him more than our lives, that is why we can't even bear the idea that He can be abandoned by God crucified.
When ever we pronounce His name we say PBUH.
Christians say it is Piss Be On Him, but we say it for Peace Be On Him. And love Him more than our lives.

Islam is the oldest religion preached by all the prophets - Adam,Noah,Abraham. Ishmael,Issac, Jacob(Israel), Joseph,Moses,Jesus(Isa alahisalam) and
finally by Mohamed.
Muslims believe in :
1. One and only God (ALLAH) as worthy of worship;
2. His angels;
3. His revelations to selected prophets (David,Moses, Jesus and Mohamed);
4. All the prophets raised by God in different countries in different times all over the globe;(Nearly124,000)!
5. That good and bad come to man under God's command only;
6. All the dead would be raised on the last day; and
7. There is life after resuurrection and it would be an eten]rnal one.
The Holy Quran, revealed in 7th century, only confirmed 'the immaculate conception
of mother Mary,'
It affirms that Jesus was a prophet and honoured one.
It further reveals that the disciples of Jesus too were offered 'scrolls'(revelations)
The Quran declares that God was neither born to anyone nor begotten any son. Hence, Muslims donot accept that Jesus was the son of God.
The Quran states in very clear terms that
"Jesus, Son of Mary, was neither crucified nor killed as held out by the jews.He has been bodily taken up by God and Jesus would return before the dooms day and he would set right many things,
The frequent storms and floods etc. indicate that we are fast approaching the Dooms day.So Muslims are eagerly waiting for the return of Isa(alihis salam).It is but proper that ppeople of the Books - Jews and Christian brothers also join them to heartily welcome him and let him establish God's kingdom on earth.

Muslims have to respect and believe Prophet Jesus(peace be upon him) and several other prophets. We know around 25 prophets by name and many more prophets were also present at different places and different times. But the final messenger is Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who has got the Quran as a miracle and life guide for all human till the end of this world.Prophet Jesus (pbuh) had been revealed a Holy Book which is Bible. But muslims believe that it has been corrupted by human interpretations and manipulations in it. Hence we cant accept it as it is now. The very fact that there are numerous versions of bible available now adds strength to the above belief.

Muslims believe in One, Unique, Incomparable God; Muslims believe in a chain of prophets starting with Adam and including Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Elias, Jonah, John the Baptist, and Jesus, peace be upon them. But God's final message to man, a reconfirmation of the eternal message and a summming-up of all that has gone before was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) through Gabriel.

As a Muslim myself, we are taught to Love and respect all of our Prophets and the Sahaba(companions of the Prophet Muhammad(SAW)). Jesus, or Isa(AS) as we call him was obviously one of our prophets.
"Muslims do believe that Isa (A.S.) was sent down as a Prophet of Allah (God), but he (Jesus) is not God or Lord, nor the son of God. Muslims do not believe that Isa (A.S.), also known as Jesus by Christians and others, is dead or was ever crucified. We believe that he was raised to heaven and is there, and will descend at the appointed time, end all wars, and bring peace to the world. Like Jesus (A.S.), Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is also a Prophet and Messenger. Muhammed (P.B.U.H.) is the last Prophet, though, and there is none after him. Hence, Islam is the last religion, complete, with the Holy Qur'an as the unchanged and perfect word of God for over 1400 years, as God promised to preserve it till the last day for all of humankind, unlike sacred texts of other religions which have mulitple versions and are "revised" periodically. God, or Allah in Arabic, is Divine and Supreme Being and Creator."

I am very surprised when reading the answers to your question. There are so so so many of uninformed people here on yahoo answers. What is even more amusing is that they spread their ignorance. LOL. (Looking foolish meanwhile) Oh well. Muslims DO Believe in Jesus, as B says. Just because it is not the same as Christians, (saying he is the SON of GOD) does not mean they do not BELIEVE in him. They simply do not believe he is a savior of the human race. They believe he is a Prophet, and one of the greatest. (to all of you who said : "yes, but they think he is a prophet but they don't love him as much as Mohamed.." you are foolish. Can you really look into people's heart and see whom they love more? Der Der) Anyhoo. Your question is simple. And the Simple answer is YES, MUSLIMS LOVE AND RESPECT JESUS. Cheers!

We do more than just respect him, we honor him as a prophet of God. Muslims believe in the immaculate conception of Mary, we believe in the annunciation, we of course believe Jesus lived (even atheists can't deny that Jesus walked the earth; it's documented in historical texts) and we believe he was crucified. Muslims believe Jesus was pure and completely without sin, and we believe he will come again.
There are differences, yes, but Jesus is still a very important prophet in Islam.

Yes Muslims have a very high respect for him as he is also one of the messengers sent by God. We respect all of the prophets,including Adam, Abraham, Moses,Noah ect.... We accept Jesus as a prophet but not as the son of God, and we believe Prophet Mohammed was God's last messenger.
