He didn't check the tide chart it was low tide and he got nabbed!

Dumb yes, but the circumstances make wonder what else was going one. Does this man have a mental illness? A substance abuse problem? Or is he just an a**hole?
I'm wondering if the decision was just a spurr of the moment thing and wasn't really planned. If he did plan it and really think about it...then yes he's an idiot for not checking the tides!
