I state it like this - I am an atheist.
I almost certainly exist... you know, "I think therefore I am" and all that jazz.
Your existence, on the other hand, I'm not nearly as sure about.
If I thought god was existence, I would believe in a god, and would therefore not be an atheist. You silly!

Wow - betcha you and your bible class were thinking about this for weeks in your House-of-Cards..
Now, how can I state that?
By swiftly moving my fingers over the correct buttons.
OR
It's a conclusion I come to when I see no evidence supporting the belief in the invisible sky chappie.
Do I exist?
Probably as much as you do.
Is god existence?
No this is where you and your girls really need to work on your logic cos I have no freaking idea what you mean.
Is god existence?
No more or less than any other myth like Zeus, Thor or Allah.
Do you mean ... does god exist?
Absolutely not!

I exist, I do not believe in any gods. I have yet to see proof of the biblical God to exist. I see read many stories in the Bible which go against logic. Such stories as talking snakes and donkeys, people survivingg in the belly of the whale, people and animals survivin on an Ark for months upon months.
It comes down to using the knowledge I have acquired in my lifetime, and applying that knowledge to the many stories of the Bible. When it is done, even with an open mind the Bible seems very unrealistic to me.

I guess when people say God exists because of personal experience I think the same thing, that no God exists because of personal experience, but I never take that away from any of my God believing friends, I love them and would die for them just as they would for me, but with a different perspective in mind, I will always admire and respect someone who believes what they themselves have discovered and experienced in their own life, and if they think it's God then I'm all for it, I just detest it when people believe in God because they were told to or they are scared and guilt tripped into it, if it's self discovery then I have no problem with it

I'm not sure what the question is. I'm an atheist. I exist. I don't believe that there is a "god" or all-knowing creator. What's so hard to understand?

I am an Atheist. I exist. God is merely one of the most popular imaginary friends.

yes of course I exist and am tangible and materially proved see my typing . Where is the imagined god in his grandiose invisibility ? and how do you substantiate a supernatural being in a natural world isn't that contradictory in itself unless of course you make up funny rules and excuses like a magician explaining how he saws a woman in half or makes things levitate. It is fair easier to explain when there is nothing than to excuse nothing as being something ....what's in a vacuum tube ? maybe that's god !

I don't belive god(s) exist, no evidence. I believe I exist. Gods are man made.
"I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours."

existence is a perfectly good word. why do you have to mess it up by equating it with god (or GOD)?
i'm an atheist because i'm not convinced by any extant evidence for the existence of gods. all you have to do is produce good evidence (word games are not good evidence in my book, sorry).

I can see me, has anyone ___OUTSIDE OF THE BIBLE___ ever seen your god and gotten some sort of proof? You don't even know what he looks like, even the Greeks and Norse had at least an idea of what their gods looked like.
