vitamin C, vitamin E and Zinc for tissue regeneration. For bruising Arnica montana, calendula, chamomile and echinacea. Having a lot of protein in your diet is good for healing as well so meat, fish and dairy products all contain protein.

for recovery from sports injuries you can try a really good antioxidant formula, chromium, or herbs like cordyceps mushroom to increase your oxygen supply.

for uneven skin tone or skin discoloration, consult a dermatologist because one's skin is different from another. it's hard to recommend.

for recovering from cuts and bruises, you can actually apply an aloe-vera based gel to hasten the healing process.

Zinc, for one helps heal. Take the pills. As a bonus, you will have a georgeous head of hair in a couple of weeks. Zinc strengthens hair, too.

Go to for more info on supplements that help heal. If you find some, they can be in your mailbox in less than a week.

Good luck.
